Karen Prentice
Senior Director of Financial Operations
Karen Prentice joined the company over 5 years ago, starting as a part-time bookkeeper. She has grown with the company in her current role as the Senior Financial Director for Hospital Medicine Solutions. She brings over 30 years of financial experience, starting as a stockbroker with Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette and transitioning to private wealth management for individuals and foundations in recent years. Karen graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1990 with a degree in economics. Karen raised her family in Massachusetts and now lives in a coastal town in Rhode Island. In her free time, Karen enjoys traveling to new destinations with her husband, hiking, kayaking and spending time with her adult children.Allison Geiger
Financial and Operations Coordinator
Allison joined Stella Partners as a Financial Operations Coordinator in January 2022. Allison comes to Stella Partners with experience in the social services field as a mental health counselor. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in criminal justice from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT. In her critical role, she works closely with our partners, managing accounts payables and receivables. She works with program operations on scheduling and HR with payroll. Allison is a great asset to HMS as she is meticulous with her attention to detail. Allison enjoys spending quality time with her family, the Yankee’s, annual family summer vacations to Cape May and original New Haven style pizza.
Alicia Smith-Sayamongkhun
Lead Program Manager
Alicia joined Stella Partners in December 2020 and currently serves as Lead Program Manager. She brings a strong background in administrative support and healthcare operations management. In her role, Alicia works closely with the Stella Partners Operations team to oversee the Hospital Medicine Programs at Heywood Hospital, Athol Memorial Hospital, and Monadnock Community Hospital, as well as the Anesthesia Program at Monadnock Community Hospital. She is dedicated to ensuring these programs operate efficiently and effectively and plays an integral role in supporting seamless day-to-day operations. Alicia is known for her commitment, organization, and collaborative approach, all of which contribute to the continued success of the teams and programs she supports. Outside of work, Alicia enjoys spending time with her husband and family, embracing her strong faith, and relaxing beach vacations.
Tania Mosher
Program Manager and Benefits Support Specialist
Tania joined Hospital Medicine Solutions in December 2025, bringing a diverse background in health information management and office administration. She is a Certified Coding Associate (CCA) through the American Health Information Management Association and has extensive experience supporting operational efficiency in healthcare-related environments. Tania also holds an associate’s degree in accounting from the New Hampshire Community Technical College in Berlin, New Hampshire. Her combined expertise in coding, accounting, and office management enables her to approach her work with strong attention to detail and organizational insight. In her role at Hospital Medicine Solutions, Tania collaborates closely with program operations, focusing on scheduling coordination and staff engagement. She recently expanded her responsibilities to include Benefits Support Specialist and looks forward to helping employees navigate the company benefits programs available, ensuring they feel informed and supported. Outside of work, Tania enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs. During the summer, she can often be found at Lake Winnipesaukee, where she enjoys camping, swimming, and boating with a close-knit group of friends she considers family.
