Sarah Doherty, MBA, BSN, RN
Sarah Doherty joined Hospital Medicine Solutions in January 2025 and brings more than a decade of clinical and operational leadership experience. A registered nurse by training, she has led hospital program operations and care management teams, with a focus on aligning clinical workflows with organizational goals. Sarah has managed large, multidisciplinary teams and is known for her ability to bring structure and clarity to complex operational environments.
Her work is centered on improving operational efficiency and reducing barriers that impact clinical teams and patient flow. Sarah is particularly passionate about designing practical, sustainable solutions that enhance day-to-day operations—one hospital at a time. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Sarah is also a U.S. Army veteran, having served four years on active duty as a medical specialist. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and their dog, Figgy.
